数据保护官和欧盟代表

对于受《一般数据保护条例》(GDPR) 约束的客户，Apigee Edge 允许您指定数据保护官和欧盟代表，包括姓名和联系信息。如需更多指导，请参阅 GDPR 第 27 条和第 37 条。

如需指定数据保护官或欧盟代表，请执行以下操作：

  1. 前往 https://apigee.com/edge 登录新的 Edge 界面。
  2. 在左侧导航栏中，依次选择管理 > 隐私和安全。
  3. 如需指定数据保护官，请输入姓名和联系信息，然后点击更新。
  4. 如需指定欧盟代表，请输入姓名和联系信息，然后点击更新。

如果您使用 Apigee Edge 时需遵守欧盟 GDPR、英国 GDPR 或瑞士 FDPA，而您的账单邮寄地址不在欧洲、中东和非洲地区，则您需要进行相应证明，并按照以下步骤确定您的主管监督机构：

  1. 登录 Apigee Edge 界面。
  2. 在左侧导航栏中，依次选择管理 > 隐私和安全。
  3. 在表明欧洲的数据保护法适用于您下方：
    1. （可选）您可以在监督机构下拉列表中选择一个监督机构。
    2. 如果您对 Apigee Edge 的使用符合界面中的说明，请点击如适用，请进行认证。

Apigee 支持对 Trace 的使用

By default, Apigee Edge allows Apigee Support to use the Trace tool on your API proxies to provide support. You may disable this option at any time. However, disabling this option may limit Apigee Support's ability to provide you with support.

To disable Apigee Support from using the Trace tool:

  1. Sign in to https://apigee.com/edge.
  2. Select Admin > Privacy & Security in the left navigation bar.
  3. Click the Enable Apigee Support to Trace toggle to disable use of the Trace tool by Apigee Support.
