Allow longer custom reports in the New Edge UI

By default, the New Edge UI only lets you create custom reports for a maximum of 14 days.

To override this default and set it to 183 days:

Open the management-ui.properties file in an editor. If the file does not exist, create it:
```
vi /opt/apigee/customer/application/management-ui.properties
```
Set the following property to false:
```
conf_uebe_enableForceRangeLimit=false
```
Save your changes to management-ui.properties.

Make sure the properties file is owned by the apigee user:

chown apigee:apigee /opt/apigee/customer/application/management-ui.properties

Restart the New Edge UI:

/opt/apigee/apigee-service/bin/apigee-service edge-management-ui restart
