The apigee-monit tool periodically polls Edge services; if a service is unavailable,
then apigee-monit attempts to restart it. With Apigee mTLS,
apigee-monit checks the status of consul_server,
consul_egress, and the ingress proxies in addition to the usual Edge services.
Before you can use apigee-monit with mTLS, you must change the owner of the tool to
root. To do this, execute the following commands on each node in the cluster:
