Edge 會自動傳送電子郵件，回應「自訂 Edge 電子郵件範本」中所述的特定事件。
許多這類電子郵件都含有連結。舉例來說，當使用者加入機構時，New Edge UI 會傳送電子郵件給使用者，內含主控台或帳戶啟用網址，格式如下：
https://domain/edge https://domain/createpassword/token
網域會由新版 Edge UI 自動決定，通常對組織來說是正確的。不過，如果 New Edge UI 位於負載平衡器後方，自動產生的網域名稱可能與外部負載平衡器主機名稱不符。如果是，您可以使用 conf_apigee_apigee.emails.hosturl 屬性，明確設定所產生連結的基準網址。
如要設定主機名稱，請按照下列步驟操作：
- 在編輯器中開啟
management-ui.properties檔案。如果檔案不存在，請建立檔案：vi /opt/apigee/customer/application/management-ui.properties
- 請設定
conf_apigee_apigee.emails.hosturl。例如：conf_apigee_apigee.emails.hosturl="http://myCo.com"
- 儲存變更。
- 確認屬性檔案的擁有者是
apigee使用者：chown apigee:apigee /opt/apigee/customer/application/management-ui.properties
- 重新啟動 New Edge UI：
/opt/apigee/apigee-service/bin/apigee-service edge-management-ui restart
