Edge Router のトラブルシューティング

Edge for Private Cloud v4.18.01

Edge Router は Nginx ルーターを使用して実装されます。Edge のアップグレード プロセス中、またはルーターの構成を変更するときに、Nginx 構成エラーが表示されることがあります。これらのエラーが発生すると、Edge は問題の原因となった Nginx 構成ファイルを /opt/nginx/conf.d に書き込みます。その後、Nginx の configtest ツールを使用して、エラーの原因を特定できます。

たとえば、/opt/nginx/conf.d を調べると、次のファイルが表示されます。

いくつかのファイルに .bad という接尾辞が付いていることに注目してください。

通常、これらのエラーは、/opt/apigee/customer/application/router.properties ファイルに誤った変更を加えたか、仮想ホストに誤った変更を加えたことが原因で発生します。たとえば、次のように追加したとします。

conf_load_balancing_load.balancing.driver.proxy.busy.buffer.size=32k 

この値は使用できません。

このエラーを解決するには:

1. /opt/nginx/conf.d フォルダ内のファイル名から .bad 接尾辞を削除して、.conf で終わるようにします。
2. Nginx の configtest ツールを実行して、失敗の理由を表示します。
   > /opt/nginx/scripts/apigee-nginx configtest
   
   次のような形式の出力が表示されます。
   nginx: [emerg] "proxy_busy_buffers_size" must be equal to or greater than the maximum of the value of "proxy_buffer_size" and one of the "proxy_buffers" in /opt/nginx/conf/nginx.conf:47
3. /opt/apigee/customer/application/router.properties を編集して、conf_load_balancing_load.balancing.driver.proxy.busy.buffer.size を 128k に設定します。
4. /opt/nginx/conf.d フォルダを削除します。
   > rm -rf /opt/nginx/conf.d
5. Router を再起動します。
   > /opt/apigee/apigee-service/bin/apigee-service edge-router restart
6. /opt/nginx/conf.d フォルダに、不適切な構成ファイルが表示されなくなります。
