Manage developer accounts

Manage developer accounts for the portal connected to a developer program, as described in the following sections. See also Create a developer account on the integrated portal.

Explore the Developer Accounts page

To access the Developer Accounts page:

  1. Select Publish > Developer Programs in the side navigation bar.
  2. Click the row of the Developer Program for which you want to view developer accounts.
  3. Click the Developer Accounts tab.

A list of developer accounts is displayed.

As highlighted in the figure, the Developer Accounts list enables you to:

View developer account details

To view developer account details:

  1. Access the Developer Accounts page.
  2. Click the row of the developer account for which you want to view more details.

Activate developer account

You may need to manually activate a developer account in the following scenarios:

In either scenario, the status for the developer account is listed as Inactive in the developer accounts list.

To activate a developer account from the Users page:

  1. Access the Developer Accounts page.
  2. In the Status column for the developer account, select Active in the drop-down menu.

To activate a developer account from the User details page:

  1. Access the Developer Accounts page.
  2. Click the row of the developer account for which you want to edit details.
  3. Click .
  4. Select Active from the drop-down menu.
  5. Click Save.

Deactivate developer account

There may be times when you need to prevent a developer account from accessing the integrated portal, either temporarily or permanently. In this case, the status for the developer account is listed as Inactive in the developer accounts list and the portal user cannot sign in.

To deactivate a developer account from the Users page:

  1. Access the Developer Accounts page.
  2. In the Status column for the developer account, select Inactive in the drop-down menu.

To deactivate a developer account from the User details page:

  1. Access the Developer Accounts page.
  2. Click the row of the developer account for which you want to edit details.
  3. Click .
  4. Select Inactive from the drop-down menu.
  5. Click Save.

Delete developer accounts

You can delete a developer account that is no longer needed.

To delete a developer account:

  1. Access the Developer Accounts page.
  2. Position the cursor over the developer account that you want to delete to display the actions menu.
  3. Click to delete the developer account.
  4. Click Delete at the prompt to confirm the operation.
