Manage the default visibility for pages and API products that are published by allowing access to:
- All users (public)
- Registered users only
If you select Registered users only, the portal resources will not be indexed by search engines.
You can modify the visibility when creating and modifying the portal resources, as described in the following sections:
To manage the default visibility for specific portal resources:
- Select Publish > Portals and select your portal.
- Click Settings on the portal home page.
Alternatively, you can select Settings in the portal drop-down menu in the top navigation bar.
- Click the Access tab.
- Select Allow anonymous access by default to enable access to all users (public). Deslect the checkbox to enable access to registered users only.
- Click Submit.
