What to include if you contact Tech Support or the Community

If you need to contact Apigee Support or post your issue to the Apigee Community, please include the following information:

  • The steps you took that led to the error.
  • Your Apigee username (the username you use to log in to Apigee)
  • The name of your organization
  • The name of the proxy you are deploying
  • The environment you are deploying to
  • The complete text of any error messages you received
