Feature management requests are meant for enabling/disabling product features.

Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) at the Apigee Edge organization level No This feature is self-service for individual accounts. If you have a developer portal connecting to your Apigee Edge Cloud organization, note that enabling 2FA at an organizational level breaks the connectivity between them. The recommended approach is to enable SAML. If you still want to enable 2FA at the organization level, Raise a service request with the Support team with appropriate details.
Enable Apigee Sense on the Apigee Edge Cloud organization No
