SmartDocs description is not saved in node when importing
A bug in release 16.01.25.00 caused rendered SmartDocs methods to have blank descriptions
when editing the method node. For nodes affected by this bug, the description appears on
the node page as it appears to end users, but is missing from the node edit page. If the
node edit page is submitted, the description will disappear altogether.
This bug has been resolved going forward, but nodes that are affected in this way
should be deleted (without deleting the method from the Modeling API backend) and then
re-rendered.

Fixes a bug introduced in release 16.01.25.00 in which the CKEditor failed to load due to
a missing plugin.
