Drupal patches

Errors were occurring due to Drupal patches not being applied cleanly. This change
makes sure all necessary patches are applied to the latest versions of contributed Drupal
modules.
Cache duplicate keys
DEVSOL-1048
Duplicate key errors were being thrown on developer app create and delete. This issue
has been fixed.
