Bugs fixed
The following bugs are fixed in this release.

| DEVRT-2817 | Creation of billing documents using API doesn't work Issues with billing document creation using the API have been fixed. Billing documents are generated successfully if the developer address is present. |
| DEVRT-2797 | Improve Developer attribute processing Boolean custom attribute values are no longer case-sensitive. In addition, when syncing custom attributes with Apigee Edge, existing attributes are updated rather than creating duplicate attributes. |
