Following are the new features and enhancements in this release.
Migrating developers to
monetization
A new API is available to facilitate the migration of developers to monetization. You can
transfer transaction usage and charge customized setup and recurring fees. In addition, when
accepting a published rate plan, you can waive setup fees in case they have already been charged.
