17.02.15 - Apigee Edge for Public Cloud release notes (UI)

On Wednesday, February 15, 2017, we began releasing a new version of Apigee Edge for Public Cloud.

Deprecations and retirements

The following features are being deprecated or retired. See the Edge deprecation policy for more information. See Apigee deprecations and retirements for the dates around which features will be retired (removed from the product).

Adding paths on the API proxy Performance tab

Up to this release, you could navigate to an API proxy in the management UI, go to the Performance tab, and create different paths for a chart-based comparison on the proxy's Performance tab and in the Business Transactions dashboard. This feature is now retired and is no longer available in the UI. For an alternative to this functionality, see the following Apigee Community article: https://community.apigee.com/articles/23936/alternative-to-business-transactions-api.html. (EDGEUI-902)

Bugs fixed

The following bugs are fixed in this release. This list is primarily for users checking to see if their support tickets have been fixed. It's not designed to provide detailed information for all users.

Issue ID Description
EDGEUI-901 Error in WSDL generated as part of SOAP-pass through proxies
EDGEUI-884 Viewing a product associated with tens of thousands of apps could crash the UI
EDGEUI-868 In IE browser, some UI pages do not display and give error, "Object doesn't support property"
EDGEUI-238 Misleading Trace error "You do not have permission to trace in this environment."
The real issue was that the selected proxy revision wasn't deployed.
