Bugs fixed

The following bugs are fixed in this release.

Issue ID Description
DEVSOL-2076 When configuring PHP, timezone detection doesn't work on Cent/RHEL 7
Configuration of the system timezone and setting the corresponding timezone in php.ini is now handled correctly on CentOS 7 and Red Hat 7.
DEVSOL-2075 For RedHat Linux, skip server-optional step if it is already configured
DEVSOL-2072 OPDK networked update does not install modules/themes which were added to apigee.make
DEVSOL-2070 OPDK offline installer fails on php-pecl-apcu on CentOS 7
DEVSOL-2052 CentOS/RHEL7 do not install ifconfig; do not rely on its presence
Detection of the host's IP address during Apache configuration is now handled more robustly with CentOS 7 and Red Hat 7.
DEVSOL-2017

Drush does not work after OPDK DeveloperServices-4.15.07.02
If you installed OPDK version 4.15.07.02 and are running Red Hat 6 or CentOS 6, your version of drush may fail when executing certain commands. In this case, you will need to patch the version of drush that was installed. Presuming that you unzipped the Developer Services tarball to your home directory, you should do the following:

cd /usr/local/share/drush
patch -p1 < ~/DeveloperServices-4.15.07.03/resources/drush-php533.patch
DEVSOL-1997

Prepare OPDK installer for 4.15.01.x release

The following enhancements were made to the OPDK installer script:

  • The memory limit in php.ini is now set to 512MB.
  • The max_allowed_packet configuration directive is now set to 32MB in my.cnf.
  • Support for CentOS/Red Hat earlier than 6.5 has been dropped.
  • Because we no longer require php-mcrypt, we no longer install the EPEL repository for CentOS or Red Hat installs. All packages are sourced from official CentOS or Red Hat repositories.
DEVSOL-1979 Render and publish not working on devportal OPDK 4.15.07.00
DEVSOL-1967 Remove encrypt module from OPDK installs since it depends on mcrypt
The Encrypt module has been removed from the Dev Portal Drupal distribution. It was not enabled by default, and it depends on the presence of php-mcrypt, which is no longer installed by default.
DEVSOL-1938 OPDK Release 4.15.07.00 fails to install w/latest Edge MGMT SDK
Stable versions of Edge PHP SDK and Google API PHP Client are now installed instead of pulling from git branches.
DEVSOL-1925 OPDK setting timezone in php.ini causes sed error
Fixed OPDK install issue where network install would fail with error: sed: -e expression #1, char 1: unknown command: `^' when setting php.ini timezone.
DEVSOL-1884 Do not assume firewalld is installed
Fixed issue where installer assumed firewalld was installed. Installer will now turn off firewalld (and warn user) only if it is installed.
DEVSOL-1833 validate-network.sh auto restarts network services
When running the OPDK installer script, network services are no longer restarted when testing network connectivity.
