Bugs fixed

The following bugs are fixed in this release.

DEVSOL-2186	Bump version of Views for security fix Drupal core and the Views module were updated to pick up upstream security fixes.
DEVSOL-2185	Cannot load private products using devconnect_developer_apps_get_api_products() when product caching is enabled A bug was fixed in which non-public API products were not being cached when the cron was run.
DEVSOL-2178	SmartDocs calls not working A SmartDocs bug was fixed which returned an invalid value for the SmartDocs API proxy URL. By default we now use Apigee's public-facing proxy, but for Public or Private Cloud users working in an environment with restricted or no internet access, it is possible to configure a different proxy URL. In the Drupal administration menu, select Configuration > Smartdocs, expand Advanced Settings, and update the SmartDocs proxy URL field. For more information, see Configuring the SmartDocs module.
DEVSOL-2160	Cannot add link in CKEditor since recent portal release The Bootstrap base theme was patched to fix autocomplete conflicts. See https://www.drupal.org/node/2594243 for details.
DEVSOL-2125	Registration page CSS issues A CSS bug was fixed which caused the password fields on the user-registration page to appear too small when using the Apigee Responsive theme.
