Unknown Error message when saving a revision of an API proxy
An "Unknown Error" message was displayed when saving the revision of an API proxy that was over the maximum bundle size.
A more descriptive error message is now displayed, as follows: Bundle size is greater than 15 MB. Use large resources at organization/environment level.

Target Server: Enable https if port is 443
When creating or updating a target server to use port 443, HTTPS is now enabled by default.
