Enhancements

This release includes the following new enhancements:

346523422	The User Roles section has been redesigned to enhance user experience. This update introduces improved pages with a refreshed layout aligned with the rest of the site. Note: The appearance of pages, modals, and forms has been updated, but the functionality for managing user roles remains unchanged. Note: With this change, the Developer Administrator (devadmin) role has been removed from the Roles List page. It is a view-only change without any backend modifications, and the role can still be queried through the Management API.
