The following enhancements were made to the OPDK installer script:
|Render and publish not working on devportal OPDK 4.15.07.00
|Remove encrypt module from OPDK installs since it depends on
The Encrypt module has been removed from the Dev Portal Drupal distribution. It was not enabled by default, and it depends on the presence of php-mcrypt, which is no longer installed by default.
|OPDK Release 4.15.07.00 fails to install w/latest Edge MGMT SDK
Stable versions of Edge PHP SDK and Google API PHP Client are now installed instead of pulling from git branches.

Fixed OPDK install issue where network install would fail with error: sed: -e expression #1, char 1: unknown command: `^' when setting php.ini timezone.
|Do not assume firewalld is installed
Fixed issue where installer assumed firewalld was installed. Installer will now turn off firewalld (and warn user) only if it is installed.
|validate-network.sh auto restarts network services
When running the OPDK installer script, network services are no longer restarted when testing network connectivity.
