Bugs fixed

The following bugs are fixed in this release. This list is primarily for users checking to see if their support tickets have been fixed. It's not designed to provide detailed information for all users.

237412458	Integrated portal	Fixed an issue where some SMTP settings were not migrated to an upgraded portal.
235634994	Integrated portal	Implemented a minor security fix to block content spoofing in the API search page.
233407912	Integrated portal	When creating a new App key for products that have been set to manual approval, but have already been approved, the new key will "auto" approve and not have to go through the approval process again.
