On Wednesday, August 20, 2014, we released version 4.14.07.00 of the on-premises version of the Apigee Developer Services portal.

New features
This release of the on-premises version of the Apigee Developer Services portal contains all of the features included with the 14.07.58 cloud releases. For more information, see 14.07.58 - Apigee Developer Services Portal Release Notes.
In addition, this release contains the following new features:
- New install and upgrade procedure to support servers with no external Internet
connection
The installation and upgrade procedures have been improved to simplify the process when your portal server does not have an external Internet connection.
Bug fixes
The following bugs are fixed in this release.

| Can top up prepaid balance | The portal now lets you top up the prepaid balance when the currency is CHF. |
